I participate in the City Heights Business Improvement District, which focuses on strengthening local business conditions through coordinated marketing, public space initiatives, and merchant advocacy.
My involvement centers on contributing perspective around digital presence, promotional strategy, and marketing coordination that supports independently owned businesses in the neighborhood.
I provide pro bono advisory support to the owner of Gallegos Mexican Restaurant, a family-owned business in City Heights. My work has included reviewing point-of-sale data to identify trends and areas of opportunity, refining menu structure, and developing bundled offerings designed to increase average order value.
